The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has approved the development of a massive IT City spanning 2,858 acres between Sultanpur Road and Kisan Path. The IT City will feature 10 meticulously planned sectors, with construction on the grid road network set to commence soon.

The second phase of the Green Corridor project, connecting Daliganj Pakka Pul to Samatamulak Chauraha, has been inaugurated. Affordable Housing: Inclusive Urban Growth
As part of its commitment to inclusive development, the LDA has approved seven private townships covering over 385 acres, with more than 1,100 units designated for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
